Mobility and autonomy are inherently linked and, we believe, inseparable. When you schedule maintenance for your vehicle, or on the rare occasion that you or your vehicle require assistance while travelling, our Mobility Services teams are equipped to support you in any circumstance.
We believe our customers should never have to worry about driving long distances or facing traffic in order to service their vehicles. That’s why we propose our VIP Service, whereby we will pick your Infiniti up from your residence or place of work and bring it to the nearest Infiniti Centre, and back again when and where you need it*.
You may use the collection and delivery Service for routine maintenance over a three year period. Please ask your local Infiniti Centre for full details.
In the unlikely event that you or your Infiniti require assistance while traveling, we will employ all means necessary to ensure that you continue your journey in comfort and style with an absolute minimum of inconvenience.
